Delivery
We deliver across Australia, with delivery times confirmed at checkout. We'd rather tell you honestly than promise two days and let you down. Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships, and we'll email you if anything runs late.
Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, no thresholds. The price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed, and bundles ship together in one parcel. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
Returns
You have 30 days to change your mind. Sometimes something just isn't right for your dog. Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, provided the item is in resaleable condition with all original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@amblewood.com.au with your order number and reason for return. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost. If the item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we cover return postage.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit on top of our returns policy and are never reduced by anything written here.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@amblewood.com.au with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
