Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend. The freight is built into our prices, so what you see is what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then take a few more days to arrive depending on where you are. Bundles ship together in one parcel. Tracking comes by
email as soon as it's on its way.
What size drying robe does my dog need?
Measure from the base of the collar to the base of the tail. Our sizing guide has the exact length for each size, or you can message us your dog's breed and measurement and we'll tell you.
Are your supplements medicines?
No. They're food-based supplements that support everyday health. They don't treat or cure any condition. If your dog is unwell or in pain, please see your vet.
Can I give a joint supplement alongside my dog's medication?
Ask your vet first. They know your dog's history and can tell you what's safe
together.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days. See our Shipping & Returns page for the details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Do you ship outside Australia?
